Frizzy in Specs

In a bizarre Pavlovian response, when Frizzy dons a pair of glasses, she changes her hair style and attitude. The only one who knows the truth behind her strange transformation is a Typhlosion named Slayer, and he has been sworn to secrecy.

There has been an influx of Frizzy as of late and I do have other Pokemon fan characters that I want to draw, but she's sort of been hogging my attention.
